The AI copilot in Advanzo reads incoming email and your pipeline, drafts replies, creates tasks and suggests next steps – then waits for your approval. No email leaves Advanzo without you.
Autopilot drafts replies, creates tasks and suggests deals – from email and pipeline data, without being asked.
Every suggestion card shows the AI reasoning and a confidence level. Approve, edit or dismiss – one by one or all at once.
Sending emails automatically is locked by policy. Every email needs your manual review – no exceptions.
Autopilot watches incoming email on open deals and scans your pipeline daily for overdue and at-risk deals – and for new leads that match your ideal customer profile.
Five card types – each with AI reasoning and a confidence level:
Three steps, one principle: the AI does the prep, you approve.
Autopilot analyses synced incoming email on open deals and scans your pipeline daily for risks and opportunities.
Signals become suggestion cards: reply draft, create task, change stage, at-risk flag or suggested deal.
You review every card and approve, edit or dismiss it. Only then does anything change in your CRM.
“Does Autopilot send emails automatically?”
No. Sending emails automatically is locked by policy. Autopilot only creates reply drafts – you review and send every email yourself.
“How much does Autopilot cost?”
Autopilot is part of the AI add-on for CHF 9 per user/month. Alternatively, use your own API key (BYOK) and pay for usage directly with the provider.
“Which suggestions does Autopilot make?”
Five card types: reply draft, create task, change stage, at-risk flag and suggested deal. Each card shows the AI reasoning and a confidence level.
“Do I have to activate Autopilot?”
Yes. Autopilot is opt-in and off by default. You activate it per workspace with one click – and can deactivate it again at any time.
Autopilot works with five card types. Each card shows what the AI wants to do, the AI reasoning behind it and a confidence level. You approve, edit or dismiss – one by one or with Approve All / Dismiss All.
For an incoming email on an open deal, Autopilot drafts a fitting reply. You review, adjust and send it yourself – never the AI.
Autopilot turns commitments and open points from emails and conversations into concrete tasks with context – so nothing slips.
When a deal has moved further than your pipeline shows, Autopilot suggests moving it to the right stage – your pipeline stays current.
Deals without movement or past their close date get flagged as at risk – before they quietly slip away.
From new contacts that match your ideal customer profile, Autopilot suggests new deals – including why the lead is a fit.
The foundation is Business Intelligence in Advanzo: an editable AI profile of your business, labelled as an AI assessment. It grounds every suggestion Autopilot makes.
You can adjust the profile at any time or have it regenerated – your manual edits are preserved.

See all pricingWhen does Autopilot create suggestions?
At two moments: near real time when a synced email arrives on an open deal, and during daily scans of your pipeline – for overdue deals or new leads that match your ideal customer profile.
What is the confidence threshold?
A setting that filters which suggestions reach you. Set it high and you only see suggestions the AI is very sure about – set it lower and you see more ideas to review.
Which AI models does Autopilot use?
The latest AI models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). In Automatic (recommended) mode you benefit from automatic model upgrades without changing anything.
Can Autopilot run whole email sequences or campaigns?
No. Autopilot suggests single, concrete steps that you approve. A visual automations builder with an AI copilot is in development.
Does my data stay in Switzerland?
Your CRM data is hosted in Switzerland and meets the requirements of the Swiss DSG and the GDPR. Autopilot is opt-in – you decide if and where AI is used.
What happens when I dismiss a suggestion?
Nothing – the card disappears and your CRM stays unchanged. You can also edit a suggestion first and approve it afterwards.
